A former airline professional, she discovered the power of food and culture to bring people together, inspiring her Gourmet Safari culinary adventure business.

Once upon a time...
“...I felt like a Princess in a dream, just missing a glass slipper. 1-2-3, 1-2-3. Another deep breath was required as I knocked (hopefully, I wouldn’t asphyxiate). A maid wearing a snow-white scarf, nice pearly whites, and a warm smile opened the heavy, ornately carved wooden door and welcomed me into the apartment. It was filled with opulence, a faint scent of Provençal lavender... and a mysterious owner who I was yet to meet...”
